This is not made of elephant ivory. The 2.8cm x 1.4cm tile is similar to Chinese mahjong tiles, and possibly made of plastic composites, faux ivory, celluloids, or fish bone. There are no cross-sections on the tile's edges. Email me if you have any questions. Thank you!
Incredible work by the late Jiang Guandong [θ£ε ζ±, θε δΈ] (1944-2011). Original work. Micro characters in free-form format, and some sentences are mis-aligned. Not transfer print. Tile is mostly cream/white, but has a yellow discolorations or hue. Some discolorations or residue. The tile is glued on a slip, so the underside was not examined. Small dents or cutting marks at the edges of tile. Signed by artist. Circa: 1990s, China.
